Established in 2005, Phytostan Enterprises, Inc. (“Phytostan”) is a privately held Quebec corporation.Phytostan seeks to accomplish the following corporate goals:the commercial development and manufacture of phytopharmaceutical products to internationally recognized standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (“GMP”) for medical application; andthe commercial development and manufacture of phytochemical products for research purposes; andto meet worldwide demand for plant-based medicines; andto promote, sponsor, and engage in medical and scientific research initiatives designed to identify and evaluate plant-based medications showing promise in the treatment of disease and disorders effecting the human condition; andto initiate regulatory development of promising new plant-based medications.
